Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The assessment, your estimated lifespan, your biological age, the full report with its 90-day plan, the habit library, re-measuring, sharing and comparing. No account needed. If it was worth something to you, there is a way to support Longlevity at the end of your report. It unlocks nothing.

How accurate is it?

It’s an estimate, not a prediction. The numbers come from U.S. population research covering 40M+ people and are kept deliberately conservative. Things we don’t measure, like genetics and medical history, matter too, so treat the result as a direction, not a verdict. We review new research every month and version every change on the methodology page.

How long does it take?

About 2 minutes. Set your age on the slider and it carries over. A dozen questions, with your estimated lifespan updating live as you go.

Do you sell my data?

Never. We don’t sell or share your data. Longlevity is free for everyone, and readers who find it worth something can support it.
